Description:
Synthetic sealant for use in valves carrying natural gas, crude oil (sweet or sour), and water. It is waterproof and has excellent resistance to oxidation and high metal adhesion. Formasil RS should be used as an emergency sealant in ball and gate valves or as a plug valve lubricant /sealant.
Applications:
For use in plug, gate, and ball valves. Suitable for use in hydrocarbon gasses.
DO NOT use in oxygen service.
